The acer is looking much happier!
I don't know what it was I did but it's putting out lots of lovely fresh new leaves and seems much healthier. Those leaves are such a pretty and delicate shade of pale green.
Geranium in bloom...
Looking a little battered by our recent heavy rain but still pretty. I'm very fond of geraniums.
Bottlebrush plant
I don't know the official name for this but I do love it. It was an impulse buy from a DIY store and was quite expensive but it's given me so much pleasure. I've not had a huge amount of success photographing it especially as it blows around so much in the slightest breeze.
It's been a strange week for weather. The first couple of days were very hot and sunny then Wednesday evening the rains came. Much of the country has been flooded but despite our garage floor being awash otherwise we've escaped fairly lightly. The garden seems to have really sucked up all the rain.
Happy Green Thumb Sunday everyone!

Look at all those pots! Whose going to water them all? ;o)
Lovely photos Julie :o)
Love your pics, too. I love the smell of tomatoes. It is a very satisfying veggie to grow!
Great to see tomatoes on your plant. Roll on the harvest eh?!

I'm getting the dreaded red cross instead of some of your photos..shall pop back later and see if I have better luck. Glad the Acer is looking better. I love the smell of tomato plants too. The bottlebush is a Callistemon btw.

Happy GTS,
I have Nasties too and they're just starting to bloom for me. I should try the climbing kind one of these days.
great tomato!
I like the rail box.
mine is up
Don't you just love all the babies (flowers, fruits and veggies) in your garden? It's like a miracle everytime I see one!
I love the smell of tomato plants too! It just reminds me of summer as a kid when I used to help my dad grow our teeny little garden.
