These blue flowers pop up every year all over the garden; sometimes they die down and then flower again in late autumn. Both P and I love to photograph them but can't remember their name. I'm sure Ruth (or someone else!) could help.
It's a beautiful day here again. I'm off to plant some nasturtiam seeds soon. The indoor chives are doing well; the outdoor ones may be about to sprout!

It's the perennial Cornflower (Centaurea montana). They do seed around quite easily. Enjoy your sowing

pretty, it reminds me of bachelor's buttons. I love flowers but am not so crazy about the weeding part of gardening.
